Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all countries. Please note that orders may be subject to import duties and taxes based on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time for orders is typically 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please keep in mind that these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
How will I know when my order has shipped?

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your household or neighbors. If it’s still missing, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and assist as needed.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes. However, please note that some shipping methods may not be available for these addresses.
