Returning Your Item

If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your order. We accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

To start your return, please visit our returns portal at https://loftstreetwear.com. There, you’ll be guided through the steps to generate your return label and instructions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including but not limited to undergarments, swimwear, and face masks, if the hygiene seal has been broken. Additionally, sale or discounted items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll happily replace the item or issue a full refund. Photos may be required to assess the issue.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability, while returning the original item for a refund.

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit. If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, the recipient will receive a gift credit redeemable at loftstreetwear.com.
